| the mock trial for trial by peers went okay. it was less stressful than i expected. the judge was really nice. we didnt have a jury. so no one knew which side won. it was just for practice; just seeing if we know the process and what not. i didnt object to anything. my opponent didnt object to anything i said either. and one time i forgot to stand up when the judge asked me a question. oops. we get our comments about how well/bad we did on tuesday!
so lately, i've been going out every now and then. and it's great fun when i do go hangout with my friends and stuff. and when i'm stuck at home, i'm either on the phone, on the computer, or studying for act/sat2. i'm deciding to take history and literature. and when i was studying for history, damn that shit is hard. but i think i'm not going to really care anymore. =/ i know thats really bad to say. but i dont feel like studying. and fuck it if i dont get a high score. i'm just going to try to get a high score on my act. if i can do that. then, i dont care about the sat2 tests.

| ska show was super fun!!! the first and the last bands were hella good. my ears are dying right now. shifty penguins were great!! and the guitarist was so fucking hott!! and that guitarist was gabe. what do you know?.. we meet again ;] i want to go to another one of their shows. i actually talked to gabe today too!! we had a quick little conversation! lol . i also saw lady in the water today too. it was pretty dumb!!! | | |
| today i hung out with my cousin vivian!!!! and some of her homies. [stean, chun,anthony..and some other fool ..forgot his name though =x] lol!! but we went to a movie first. ME YOU AND DUPREE. its a funny movie. after that, we were all hungry so we decided to hit up innNout. good stuff!! me and vivian shared though lol! then, we finally hit up this duck trail place that was HELLA FAR!! i've never even heard of it. and vivian was all explaining the place to me. how its hella scary..hella dark..people buried there..with a haunted farm!! so yeah i was up for some scariness!! when we got there..DAMN WAS IT DESSERTED AND FUCKING DARK AND SCARY! i was hell no i aint parking my car in there!!! so i parked in a neighborhood. then we walked over there..and the first 3 steps ..i was like about to pee in my pants!! there were all these shrubs and hella big trees. couldnt see shit!! and when you were able to see was only when there was thunder and lightning!! that was our only guiding light. we went hella deep into the trail..like hella far..then we started hearing noises..and WE ALL STARTED RUNNING FOR OUR LIVES. then..we stopped halfway..being all tired and shit..deciding if we wanted to go further down the trail..and we were all like wtheck..we already went this far..so why not?! then, we walked down the trail some more...and then we heard dogs/coyotes HOWLING AND SHIT!! and we were like OH FUCK NO!!!! theres DOGS OUT HERE!! so we started RUNNING FOR OUR LIVES AGAIN!!!!! lol..i was the first one..out there!!! LOL. i wasnt about to die. shit!!! and then everytime we got closer to the exit!! we heard the howling get closer and closer!!! FUCKING SCARY ASS SHIT. and dude were we far from the entrance!!! took us like a 10 MINUTE RUN!!! then..the next thing you know..when we reached the exit..the cops pulled up..and they were like WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING HERE? and i was like just looking around..and they were like its CLOSED! and im like oh sorry. and he let us go.but before he left..one of the guys asked the cop if there were coyotes in the duck trail..and he was like yeah! AND WE WERE LIKE WTF!??!?! shit it was fucking scary. but i had FUN! ;] | | |
